How to install the Blinkr extension
The Blinkr extension is the bridge between your secure vault and the websites you access. Follow these steps to get set up in under two minutes.
Recommended: Chrome Web Store
The simplest way to install Blinkr is directly from the Chrome Web Store. This ensures you always have the latest security updates automatically.
Install from Chrome Web Store- Click "Add to Chrome" on the Web Store page.
- Confirm the permissions dialog in your browser.
- Important: Pin the extension for easy access.
Manual Installation (.zip)
If your organization blocks the Chrome Web Store, or if you are testing a pre-release version, you can install Blinkr manually.
Step A: Download the extension
Download the latest version of the extension to your computer and unzip the folder.
Download .zip fileStep B: Open Chrome Extensions
Type chrome://extensions in your browser address bar and press Enter.
Step C: Enable Developer Mode
In the top right corner of the Extensions page, toggle the Developer mode switch to ON.
Step D: Load the extension
Click the Load unpacked button and select the folder you unzipped in Step A.
Pro Tip for Manual Installation
Do not delete the folder after installing. Chrome needs those files to keep the extension running. We recommend moving the folder to your Documents or Applications folder before loading.Extension installed?
Now that the extension is in your browser, click the Blinkr icon to sign in and start accessing your sites.
