SupportData Protection

How your data is protected

Security is the core of Blinkr. We use industry-standard encryption and architectural isolation to ensure your credentials remain private and secure.

Zero-Plaintext Architecture

We never store your passwords in plain text. Every credential added to Blinkr is immediately encrypted before it ever touches our database.

AES-256-GCM Encryption

We use the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) with a 256-bit key in Galois/Counter Mode (GCM). This is the same level of encryption used by banks and governments worldwide.

Multi-tenant Isolation

Every organization in Blinkr has its own unique Encryption Salt. This means that even if a global master key were compromised, an attacker cannot decrypt data without the organization-specific salt.

Per-Org Keys

Keys are derived uniquely for each tenant.

Secure Transport

All data is encrypted in transit via TLS 1.3.

Infrastructure Security

Blinkr is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure with strict access controls:

  • Databases are hosted in isolated virtual private clouds (VPCs).
  • Production environments are protected by enterprise-grade firewalls.
  • Regular security audits and automated vulnerability scanning.
